How much does the service cost?

Are my details secure?
Yes, all of your details are stored securely. Your data and the details of your trustee are stored off site at My Life’s secure data centre.
Can I nominate more than one trustee at a time?
No; but you can change your nominated trustee at any time.
Who should be my trustee?
You should choose someone you can trust implicitly. A trustee may be a legal professional such as your solicitor or lawyer, or a trusted loved one.
What happens when I add a trustee to my account?
Your chosen trustee will be sent an email asking them to confirm if they wish to be a trustee for your account. If they approve, you will be sent an email to confirm. The only people who can gain access to your account are you and your trustee. If you have given your login details to anyone else they could access your account.
Can I change my login details and password?
You can change your details at any time by accessing your profiles page in your member account.
Can I upload pictures and documents?
Yes. The facility to upload pictures and documents exists in most sections. Click on the type of file you wish to upload and use the browse button to find the file on your computer. Once you have located the file double click and it will be uploaded. You will be able to see that this has been successful as it will appear in the relevant section of My Life. Note: ensure you press save before leaving any page you have updated.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime for no charge.
